My seatbelt comforter does the trick...my belt rubs my neck making it very uncomfortable especially in warm weather when my clothing does not cover me where the shoulder belt comes down across my shoulder. I purchased two, one for each side since I'm also a passenger as well as the driver a lot of the time. The only drawback is they don't allow the belt to snap back to original position...no big deal. I'll get used to it...they attach and unattach very easily.
