When you open it, there's a medium sized pouch, great for holding folded paper, memory cards, or really anything that would fit.
In the middle of the CD Wallet, there is a strap that you can pull out, and zip the case back up, and carry on your arm, or connect it to something else. It makes traveling with it much simpler.
