I placed an order on 12/01/10. $400 worth of floor mats. After 9 calls and a recording telling me the average wait time is 1 1/2 hours, I have given up. They charged my card, and I have no floor mats. I spoke to a Maria on 12/30/10. She had no clue as to why they hadn't shipped yet. She said she would call me back on 1/3/11. She never called me back. I made 3 more attempts in the past week to call customer service and again: "average wait time is 1 hour 20 minutes". I finally was able to talk to a human being today and he told me they have had phone problems. For over a month? He was very reluctant to issue me a credit and finally he agreed to do so. I am stopping payment on my credit card anyway.
Customer Service is HORRIBLE!
Too bad... I really wanted these mats but... If customer service is that bad on just the purchase of their product, Their support of the product "after" the purchase is probably not much better.

I was nicely surprised by the way this has worked. It's not the same color/texture as the OEM cupholders but is the best solution for a replacement. The cost is half the OEM part on another site and it fits the center console very well. The only caution is that the part will not be exactly like the oEM in terms of the rubber's feel and look. It matches and fits but the black is 'shinier', if you will then the other console cupholders. Doesn't bother me at all!

This did not fit my steering wheel very well. We had to force the cover on. Not all steering wheel covers were made to fit every vehicle. I have an SUV and it was very difficult to fit. I liked the feel of the cover. I think the design should be fixed so that the character is not upside down at any point. When placed on a steering wheel properly, the characters should both be in an upward position so that the characters are at 9:00 and 3:00 on the steering wheel.
