I ordered two of these about 20 years ago. gave one away and kept one, which I still use every time I go out. Having been in a life-threatening accident with cervical injury in past, this cover shields my neck from "seat-belt" burn should another collision happen and prevents that annoying pulling on the seatbelt to get it off my neck. The old one still has excellent velcro, looks great and feels wonderful. I also suffered fractured sternum, so I use one over sternum as well, and feel had it been there during that wreck my fracture may not have been so severe. Can't recommend sheepskin highly enough for comfort and wear, feeling of a little bit more security during the madness of automobile travel in the crowded Northeast, or anywhere, actually. Nice if sleeping in passenger seat, too, can cushion ear and keep it from getting "ear lobe creasing pain." Wonderful gift item, too.!!
