I actually use both of these cushions at once on the headrest in my car one of them supports the other and holds it up to the proper level to support my head. i've gone through literally dozens of cushions, braces, supports, etc. since my back was broken 8 years ago and these proved excellent relief but, i bought them specifically for the head rest on my car.
