I ordered the 2010 model of fuel filter for my 2010 dodge from this dealer and received it in a timely manner but when I tried to put it on it would not fit. I looked on box and said 2007-2009 model. So I called dealership where it was ordered from and ask them and the lady argued that it will fit a 2010. I told her it looked different and would not fit. Finally she said give me your last 8 of your vin and I did and sure enough it was the wrong model. I asked her to ship the correct model and she informed me that it would cost more and could not send it with out me paying first. I told her that I was out time and money already and would send the one back but I would like her to send that asap but did not want to pay the difference. She didn't go for that. Was disappointed in the turn out and will not do any more business with them.
