MaxTow's Double Vision® Series 2200 F Exhaust Gas Temperature Gauge is electronically driven truck gauge that includes a type K thermocouple EGT probe that reads and displays your truck's exhaust gas temperature from 400 to 2200 degrees Fahrenheit with unmatched accuracy.

MaxTow's Double Vision Gauge Series features a green digital LED display, as well as an illuminated red needle, which will give you the classic look of an analog gauge while also giving you an easy to read green LED numerical readout. This 2 1/16 inch (52mm) diesel pyrometer gauge features stepper motor technology which allows for all needle movement to be exceptionally smooth and all gauge readings to be extremely accurate, ensuring your truck's vital parts are functioning properly. This diesel pyrometer EGT gauge also features innovative daytime and nighttime dimming modes with three customizable brightness settings (low, medium, high) for each mode, giving you multiple dimming options that allow you to your set your individual preference when hitting the road during the day or the late hours of the night! This gauge is easy to read compared to the one i had prior. It lights up well the digital numbers are easy to read a glance even without my glasses on and the analog portion of the gauge is quick to tell if the temps are moving in the direction you want up or down. The install was much the same as the prior one. If you have decent mechanical skill and a drill with good bits its not too hard to install if not then have someone do it for you. Quality seems better than what I expected for the price. I would recommend this gauge to someone wanting one the only down side is there are only a few nigh time settings and even the lowest one is a bit brighter than someone may like and you can only dim you dash lights down a little before it switches back to full bright. If you like bright or semibright gauges this will be no problem but if you like dim gauges at night then look elsewhere.
