Product Description
The WeatherTech FloorLiner DigitalFit accurately and completely lines the interior carpet giving "absolute interior protection". Digital laser measurements of interior surfaces offer a consistently perfect fit. A patent pending High-Density Tri-Extruded (HDTE) material allows for a rigid core for strength while offering surface friction to the carpet, as well as tactile feel to the surface. Advanced surfacing creates channels that carry fluids and debris to a lower reservoir with further channeling to help minimize fluid movement while driving. Once fluids become trapped in the reservoir, away from shoes and clothing, they are easily removed from the WeatherTech FloorLiner DigitalFit over the door sill. Rear FloorLiners DigitalFit incorporate many of the same design features as the front FloorLiners DigitalFit.WeatherTech 442991 FloorLiner Review
I bought this liner first then I bought the Husky liner for our 2012 Ford Fusion's. I like the length of the Husky liner better then the Weathertec liner. The Husky liner covers the whole driver side floor. The Weathertec covers about 4" less of the drivers left foot rest area. The Weathertec liner does cover the passenger side better then the Husky liner. Also the nips on the back of the Husky liner are very pricky. You should be careful not to catch the cloth or leather of your seats with them. Could cause a hole. If I would not have taken a loss on the Weathertec liners I would have sent them back. I like them better then the Husky liner for fitting and the lack of the nips on the back. But mostly hate the loss of the left foot rest area coverage.I don't know why they cut it short . The mold is in the liner already, another 3" or 4" up and the foot rest is covered. So I put the Husky's in my wife's car and the Weathertec in my car. Also the Husky's cost only $8.00 more dollars but also came with the rear seat liner that is 1 piece. It does cover the entire rear floor and goes under the front seats by several inches. Only time will tell how well they hold up. I did call Weathertec to tell them of the short coming on the driver side liner. Do not think it will do any good but wanted them to know anyway. Most of the consumer Reviews tell that the "WeatherTech 442991 FloorLiner" are high quality item.
